Thank you for expressing interest in partnering with MaxGen Labs. We are delighted to have the opportunity to collaborate with you in incorporating nutrigenomics into your clinical practice. Our specialized testing panels focused on food, fitness, and function are designed to provide valuable insights and facilitate positive patient outcomes.
We take pride in our laboratory facilities that have been thoughtfully developed by practitioners like yourself, ensuring that the genetic data we provide is not only clinically relevant but also highly applicable to your practice. Patient privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we never sell patient data to third parties.
Our application process makes it as easy as possible for you to join our network of practitioners. Simply complete the application form below, which includes your initial testing kit order. Our genetic testing panels utilize the same user-friendly swab collection kit, and you will have the opportunity to specify the test panel you wish to run on the collected sample. Our food sensitivity panels use a simple dried blood (finger prick) collection card.
We do not bill for testing kits ordered, only samples received with reports ready for delivery. Once your first report is ready, you’ll receive an email to register with our OneHub account to access your report. This is also when you’ll receive an email with an invoice for the test ordered.
Once we receive your application, our dedicated practitioner liaison will reach out to you with additional information and support. We process applications within 1-3 business days, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
If you're a licensed practitioner based in New York or Maryland, or if you're passionate about nutrigenomics without holding a license, we're unable to open a direct account for you. However, we invite you to explore our affiliate program for collaboration and access to our services. For more information, please visit http://Maxgenlabs.com/affiliate and click on the FAQ page in the Affiliate Registration form.
For international practitioners, we encourage you to review your country's laws regarding this type of testing before applying. We do ship our testing kits internationally and encourage you to send samples through FedEx or UPS. Using DHL can cause some delays in delivery. Please note you will be responsible for return shipping fees.
Once again, thanks for choosing MaxGen Labs. We are excited to provide cutting-edge genetic insights and empower you to enhance patient care through personalized health protocols.
Best regards,
MaxGen Labs Account Management Team
